This is an absolute beast of a diode laser. The enclosure is nowhere near as hard to assemble as some people have made it seem. I had no issues, just leave the bolts snug until all panels are together then go and tighten everything once it's together. Easy. The enclosure does a fantastic job of filtering out the harmful light from the laser. The camera makes it super easy to align designs on your material, cutting back on mistakes and wasted material. Overall I wish it had a larger cut ability...

I really like this. I’m having a couple of little issues but I’m still learning. I have material moving around from the fan and the laser moving. I guess I just got some pins to hold things in place so maybe tomorrow I could try this back out other than that, this thing is awesome. It works nice. Everything is was easy to set up. Good instructions knock on wood. I can learn how to use this thing better than I know now thank you.

Love it and wish I would had gotten it before. Never had an air assist and wood would fly everywhere to stop using it. This honeycomb is a plus to use the air assist. It holds the wood in place and dont have to worry about it. Fit perfectly my A30 Pro. Great addition!

The rollers were mostly plug and play and I was able to etch cylindrical objects right away. I recommend etching a wooden dowl on first try to get the settings correct, but its a very straight forward process.

Very good quality and grips items well. It should be noted that this R8 Pro is NOT able to handle tumblers much bigger than 90mm so do not try 40 oz tumblers. I have actually ordered a R1 Pro from Ikier to do 40oz Tumblers and other tumblers in general because the R8 isn't tall enough to handle many tumblers without hitting the handle attachments. But its a very good unit for things up to 90mm.

Happy with product. Extension rails being included was the deal clincher. Replaced a 20 watt laser. This one much faster. Switchable power setting a nice feature. Autofocus button is great feature too, especially if you switch between 3mm, 4mm, and quarter inch. The air assist recently started vibrating. Hoping it's not a big deal.

Works great. Just wish you gave the option for different wiring harnesses. Not just sending it with the 410mm x 400mm harness. But the 410mm x 850mm and the 850mm x 850mm. I had to go to Atomstack.net to order the one I needed and wait 2 weeks for it to cone from China. Not very convenient.

I got the AtomStack D2 Air Purifier for my laser engraver, and it's awesome! It has a 7-layer filter that removes 99.97% of smoke and fumes, keeping the air clean. It's easy to set up and works great with my laser cutter. The noise level is low, so it doesn't disturb me while I work. This air purifier has made my workspace much healthier and more pleasant. If you do a lot of laser engraving, I highly recommend getting one!

Although most folks probably think engraving tumblers or baseball bats, I use them to easily move in and out thick canvas frames I spray paint layers on and then slow engrave away. Even the thinness of my frames are thicker than the honeycomb, so these made the job so much easier!
