I got to try your Jynn last summer at the Coffeefest Expo in Los Angeles and loved it. I finally ordered a bottle and it’s just as delicious as I remembered ! I love G&T’s but have been abstaining from alcohol for dietary reasons. Philters Jynn allows me to feel like I am having a fun cocktail without the negative side effects of drinking alcohol. I bought the Mezkhal and Jynn as holiday gifts, but busted out the Jynn for a dinner party. I used it to make some Tom Collins style mocktails. I thought the taste was great. I used a little extra to get more of a “bite” like gin. It’s fabulous to have a great tasting alternative to make a ‘special’ drink for those who don’t drink alcohol or for myself (and my declining alcohol tolerance.) Coming from someone who loves mezcal but whose stomach can’t handle it anymore, mezkahl is an incredible alternative! It really does capture the smokiness with a refreshing bite and pairs with mixers very similarly to a solid mezcal. It is not as heavy in the body as a mezcal but that’s to be expected in my opinion and it’s much nicer to drink honestly as there’s no burn or hangover! Mezkahl definitely scratches the itch.
