I opened one of my vapes from my recent order and the tip was not attached. I went to the website and both sizes we sold out. I only use that on type of vape from Fume. I sent an email to find a local store to go to and received a response back without a local shop and was told that they were not sold out although their site said it was. I’m just frustrated. Also, the shipping price of my order is a little ridiculous.

They don’t answer their emails. I emailed them multiple times about my past 2 orders and broken and burnt vapes. They haven’t responded so now I’m disputing the charges with my bank. Their customer service used to be great but now it’s non existent.

The entire box of Fume 3500 Blueberry Lemonade do not work, they were all saturated on the vape juice!!! ALL. After I wiped them off I tried them and none work. This is unacceptable. Just awful. I understand it may be a bad box, but I can't afford to loose this money with nothing for me. I must insist that you credit my original payment method immediately or replace the full box , the exact flavor Blueberry lemonade asap and send me a confirmation email of either the replacement box at no cost...
