I have contacted fume support at least 3 times in a week since day box was delivered and zero response from them, I purchased a box of 10 that was dated as packaged in 2022!!! I have one left from a box that should’ve lasted 3-4 weeks more because they are all dead within 1 maybe 2 days given they are 4 years old. It’s a box paid for $155 that they fail to even respond or rectify. This same shop did this to me in sept 2025 with a box from 2023 and at least had courtesy to respond and make it rig...

Lemon Drop 15000 puff stopped working with 55% liquid remaining. A red light that looks like spaceship comes on when puffed. I have recharged device twice. Is there a way to fix it or can I request a replacement. I really enjoy the lemon drop flavor. Thanks Lois Byrd

The entire box of Fume 3500 Blueberry Lemonade do not work, they were all saturated on the vape juice!!! ALL. After I wiped them off I tried them and none work. This is unacceptable. Just awful. I understand it may be a bad box, but I can't afford to loose this money with nothing for me. The product itself, specifically the aftertaste it left in my mouth. Obviously, I wasn't aware of that detail beforehand. Next time, I think a Watermelon flavor—or something similar—would be a better choice.
