I ordered A box of the ultra Vapes on 5/1. After getting no updates I reached out to the company twice. Never received a response. Then a few days ago so almost 20 days I received Fume extra Vapes instead of the ultra. While they sent 17 instead of 10. It is still wildly inappropriate to substitute an order without asking if the customer actually wants something different. As the ultra are significantly more expensive. Last much longer than an additional seven covered and taste completely differ...
