I loved my Blue Line, but I broke it by poor packing in my trunk. I requested a custom Job of JD, and he created exactly what I wanted: a long oval 8x24 catch and release net. He used a slightly oval cane for the grip, and it fits my hand perfectly. It’s a beautiful thing and will compliment a bamboo rod so nicely on the stream.

This is my fourth Hellbender net and likely not my last. If you’re on fence about whether to invest your money in one I can tell you they are worth every cent. Awesome product, great people! I love all things hand crafted. As an electrician I love the copper stitching and loop ring! Going to order another net as I started catching more small mouth that trout at the moment. For the same size/price net from a reputable brand at the big box store why not buy something that someone put his soul into making?
