The traction is sublime. I don't think it can get any better than this. The pattern and rubber compound are perfect. While the cushioning was certainly adequate and offers good impact protection, I like my cushion to be a bit more plush like the clyde all pro. I love the elite court feel, but more importantly, unlike other basketball shoes where you only feel good connection to the ground on the forefoot, you also feel it throughout the mid-foot and heel as well. The support midsole is exactly what I wanted. It elevates the player one plus to the level of shoes with all time great cushioning. As a bonus, the level of support increases because of the tpu piece on the lateral side of the drop-in midsole. Also, the beefier midsole improves the overall fit and lockdown.
