I’ve been taking Arctic Goddess for two weeks. After 25 years of waking up at 3 pm with night sweats and sleeping 5 hours a night max I am thrilled that I am sleeping 7-8 hours straight through the night. I've only been taking these a couple of days now, not really long enough to notice feeling differently. The shipment was nicely packaged, and the bottles were all intact upon arrival. My post office refused to deliver them to my house though because the box didn't fit in my mailbox, so I had to go to the Post office to pick them up. Which took them (USPS) a good 5 days to tell me.
