OK the hype is real, this thing works! The unfortunate part is that they are a little bit cheaply made, the plastic on the handheld part was a little bit off so the button would get stuck and then eventually the entire head fell off so now it's unusable after just a few few months.

The first one, when it finally arrived, didnāt work. Contacted them immediately. Had to take pictures and video of myself trying to use it etc. after jumping through all the hoops and sending it back. I did receive a new one. I have only been using it for about 2 weeks. It did not look exactly the sameā¦a little too light i was expecting it to be more of quality in terms of the chrome metal parts and whenever i turn it on it emits a weird smell like an electrical thingie the package was not sealed it had scratches on it like it has been used or refurbishedā¦ :(
