flavor ok, little "tart" but not bad. Better dissolving than the Panta pre-workout. aminos seem weak, all I seem to experience is the caffeine unlike some other pre-workouts I have purchased from panda sups. If you could put the ingredient levels from pandemic, the consistency from Fierce, and increase the flavors a little would be a product with no equal.
