Very happy with my purchase. I bought two sets. Delivery arrived promptly. It was very well packed and the box clearly identified the contents as fragile. Nothing was damaged. Bought this for my daughter who is moving into her new home and she loves it

I bought to bay to carry my laptop but as there is an awful smell from the bag I was unable to use it at the conference I was attending.

The administration behind this E voucher leaves much to be desired. If I purchase an "E" voucher I believe it to be electronic, i.e. delivered to an email . I received a delivery email stating standard shipping with a shipping reference which ceases to update part way through. Derbhla helped me sort the issue and arranged for a proper egift to be sent.
