Sorry david I didn't have a pic.I'm impressed with it the taste,it's pure...The other main reason for the purchase is I can run any water "except salt water" through it and make it drinkable...When the ---- hits the fan and there ain't no drinkin I'll be fine thanks to you. Thanks y'all Kent

We have been using the water machine since the day we recieved it. We live in a rural area and the water is hard water with alot of earthy flavor. This unit makes the water softer the tea and coffee taste much much better and we have started drinking more water by itself with out trying to mask the flavor. I will be buying more filters for backup and have been referring this unit to family and friends. If something were to happen to this unit I would immediately order another.

Love the water machine! I do wish the directions for putting it together were more detailed. I did not get the spout screwed in tight enough and it leaked all night. It was a slow leak, but I do think you should advise using a tool to tighten it. It was very hard to tighten by hand. Otherwise, super happy with it!!

It was pretty easy to set up. The instructions were pretty clear. I followed the break in instructions. Tried my first glass of water out of it last night and it was really good tasting water. Our tap water where I am at isn’t the best and questionably unhealthy to drink, but after running it through the water machine it was nice and clear and just tasted like good water. I do need to relocate the machine though. Overall…. I would say it’s worth the money.

This has so drastically reduced plastic waste in our house. As I began to look into ways to be more conscious of how we used plastics in our home , this was must. A big plus is there’s no giant water bottlers to lift when refilling. I almost always drink from glass so it was a real selling point that it’s housed in glass. It will save us gas, not driving to the store for bottled water and it’s always nice to know that we will have a clean water source in case of emergency. ECO 101

So far so good! I had trouble priming the filters, as I couldn’t get a suction with the faucet and filters. I had to take them to my neighbors to prime. Might be helpful if the spiket and rubber bands were already on when shipped. I am a senior and had a little trouble putting it together. Other than that, I am very pleased with the water machine!
