Once I received my wing nut and filled it up with water...I love it. Gives me peace of mind knowing that I am drinking much healthier water and minimal upkeep. One small thing I noticed is the bamboo stand needs a little more leveling, as the round top wobbles on top of the 2 stands. With the water filled up inside the glass holders; you need to be careful not to move it too much. Just an observation. Still a great water machine!

We have had our water machine for a couple of weeks now and really love it. It's very easy to use and the water tastes fantastic. It is much more efficient than our refrigerator water dispenser and we can choose whether we want cold water or room temperature. If we want cold we just fill up a picture and put in the fridge.

I was getting my water from Sprouts and was happy with the taste, but I decided to try The Water Machine since a colleague recommended it. At first, I was not impressed with the taste, but I have gotten used to the minerals that are in the water now. I tasted the Sprout’s water again and found that it wasn’t as good as I had remembered. Water Machine came exactly as described. Very well packaged to protect the glass components, which was a concern. And the Glass aspect was one of the main factors for purchasing. So far the unit is working great. I have not tested the water, so am taking the company on its word for the filter's ability. We are on City water and the taste if vastly improved.

I think you could do a better job with the assembly instructions, I had to watch a YouTube video to feel comfortable with it and even then there are random parts that are way too rushed. The cute phrases about hug your family…cool but once was enough, after it was repeated a ton and I was confused on the assembly I just became annoyed. Happy to have the water filter now that it’s put together just trying to help provide feedback on the experience.
