Overall the drone works fine. I frequently have problems getting the drone to actually fly. RID is working, batteries are fully charged, i have good GPS connection, operating temperature is perfectly fine, but the drone wont take off. The controller says ready for take off but it doesn't do anything. I've encountered this almost every time. To resolve I have to reset the drone and it works. I also encountered an error message where the drone wont fly below grade when flying from a high va...

Haven't used it much, waiting long term results. Unfortunately Ive owned many drones, DJI and Autel, that have had software based freakouts, fly offs, etc.
Aeroo needs to improve it landing truly at home on the mat. One thing DJI gets right is its landing spot RTH is usually very very close. Aeroo and Autel - Nope!

Let me start by saying the drone is great. I use it for fishing. This is my first drone so I use the safety clip just to be safe. A month ago I order some safety clip for fishing. It still not here. I try to reach out to Aeroo and got a AI respond email. The email didn't say much. That was a week ago. I am still waiting for it. This is why give it 2 star.

Trying to use email to communicate is slow and takes forever, It also took 2 weeks to hear back from Aeroo after I sent it off. Then they tell me they don't have any in and I have to wait till the 30, which is about 2 more weeks away + 1 week to ship. They keep telling me I'll back in the air in no time( probably a month and a half total down ). Love the product but hate communicating through email.
