Pieces were well made and my wife loved them. They were supposed to be a mother's day gift and didn't come in until 3 weeks post mother's day. That was the only issue.

These are sooo comfortable that I haven't taken them off for 2 weeks! I forget I am even wearing them! Even though they are sturdy and have a nice weight to them which I like, makes me feel like they are durable and will last and withstand sleeping, showering, whatever! They are also beautiful and go with everything.

I have purchased this necklace in both silver and gold. It's truly a dainty, beautiful cross. I wasn't sure when purchasing it for myself and a few friends, but wow....I'm so glad I did. It's so very very pretty and goes perfect all day every day with any and every outfit. I'm so glad I can wear this piece daily. I truly love this piece and will purchase again around the holiday season for more friends and family.

I like the look of the jewelry but one piece arrived broken and the finish on the ring is peeling already. Also wanted to say all the necklaces should be offered in more lengths as most were too short for me.

I ordered multiple pieces, I love almost all of them with the exception of one piece (a ring) which runs very small. I have not worn them much as I bought them for vacation so I can not attest to their durability but will come back and rate each piece afterwards.

I had to exchange two of my rings for smaller sizes and the customer service was great. It didn't take long at all for them to ship the correct sizes after I sent back my items. I was very pleased and love all my jewelry

I absolutely love this jewelry! I own a cleaning business and wear my rings and other jewelry every single day! There’s no tarnish or ware on them! Considering ordering new pieces!

I have liked and enjoyed each and every piece of jewelry that I have purchased. However, I wish the bracelets and rings would come in a variety of sizes that fit better. The ring sizes are not made equal. Meaning if you purchase a size 6 in a particular ring it may not fit the same in another ring. The bracelets can be too tight. Need larger sizes. For reference I have a small wrist.

Waterproof jewlery is what we all want, and not have to pay the amount that we don’t want, I am very grateful for Louise cater providing pretty jewlery that will last! Hardest part of process was selecting the pieces I wanted! The delivery was quick and all of the pieces I ordered looked exactly like the images on the website. Love them! As soon as they arrived, I put them in right away. I never have to worry if I'm missing the back piece, and they are pretty and classic and I can wear them all the time. I also have really sensitive ears and have had zero issues in the few days I've been wearing them. I absolutely recommend!

These earrings are just fabulous. I have been looking for something that looks like a larger sized pearl, and Louise Carter nailed it with this one. I have worn it with jeans and a sweatshirt and with a summer dress. Simply put, you can't go wrong with these. They're a really great staple for your jewelry! I bought the largest mm in this bracelet and it's perfect! I wear it with the tennis bracelet I also got in the bundle and they look great together. I wear it 24/7, and so far, so good!

My daughter LOVED this bracelet, I gave her several pieces on our last mother daughter trip for her to frantically call me yesterday to let Mel ow this piece broke at the welding portion where the square diamond connects to chain, so I am going to order another one since she loved it so much and hope it was just a flawed bracket because all other pieces have been fine so far.

In my initial purchase, while laying down the necklace popped and I gave 4 stars but the customer support team reached out and immediately offered to replace it. The care team does play about your experience.

This is GORGEOUS in real life! The clasp doesn't seem to be the same quality as the bracelet so I am concerned that will look ratty soon but time will tell. The bracelet is really captivating though!

I bought this necklace for my granddaughter. She's a special person to me and when she comes to visit I try each time to have a surprise for her. I have sensitive ears and can't wear cheap, costume jewelry. These don't bother my ears at all. Very pleased. Only complaint is the length of time it took to ship.

I received them today and have a pair on. I love the look, they went on easy, unfortunately they keep rotating and the clover diamonds hang down instead of staying in place. I think they will be very comfortable to wear, but I am going to have to add a plastic "keeper" to keep them in place. The concept was beautiful the execution not as good as I hoped.

I love everything in my order! Such beautiful jewelry, and such good quality! Everything in the past has made my skin flare up or get infected, and so far these haven’t done that at all! Unfortunately my ripcurl double hoop earrings broke after the first day. Still giving 5 star though, because other than that, I have loved every piece!

Thank you for the replacement necklace. It's my favorite and I was so sad when it started to break apart. I have tried other brands that claim to not tarnish or turn my skin green, and none of them have held up to the same standard.

I've loved shopping at Louise Carter recently, their jewelry lasts, doesn't tarnish, and it's reliable in the water or sweating in. I do wish there were more size options for rings ex. (size 5 ring).
