The smell when I first opened the bag was delicious - it reminded me of a mix of coffee, caramel, and chocolate. Once I added hot water, the smell wasn't quite as nice, but the flavour was good. I had tried a similar American mushroom drink, Joe'y, and this met my expectations. I find it nicer with milk, but either way, I have enjoyed it. I'm not sure if I've noticed an energy boost, but I tend to not notice that with coffee either. So I'm satisfied.

I like my coffee stronger so I put double the amount in. Maybe formula could be tweaked by adding more coffee as I go through it twice as fast and costs twice as much.
