This cooling blanket is so nice to the touch. it is so silky and so cooling. I can't imagine how nice it is going to be to sleep with it. Its very soft and does keep me cool with the cooling pillowcase. I suffer with BAD carpal tunnel in both hands and normally sleep with arm under my pillows. With this I havent woken up with that carpal tunnel ache since there doesnt seem to be pressure on the arm at all. Literally like a cloud. Not sure if its the pillow or if im not in a flare.
