I have been struggling with back pain and tossing and turning in the middle of the night, my pillow is not the whole problem but a big one. Oh I love this comforter soooo much! It is incredibly soft, cozy, and even plush! The zipper feature is super nice to! Amazing pillow. Was previously using a foam cervical pillow which was supportive, but with no softness, and you have to lay in the exact right spot to be comfortable.
