'Shovel' is not the correct name for these tools, it is a type of *trowel*. Having owned many, many trowels I can say that the unusual shape works very well. The actually calendar is just as described. I think my mother in law will love it. Perhaps you could consider sturdier packaging though? The postman shoved it through the letter box giving it a bend in it. Although this is not your fault…if it was wrapped in cardboard for protection he would have to have left it in a safe place. It’s a shame because it is lovely but looks tatty.

These water resistant heated gloves are absolutely perfect and a perfect fit, as soon as I received them they were on my hands and I went outside on my mobile scooter to try them out as it's very cold here in Cambridge, and believe me when I got home my hands were like a piece of toast, I've had gloves before that were supposed to keep your hands warm and didn't, but these gloves really are the real thing and do just what they say, well worth the money.

First use was a disaster! I ended up with a ball of crumpled, torn wrapping paper and was not best pleased. But I had another go. I took a bit more care and thought and it worked perfectly! You may be less clumsy than I am and get it to work perfectly first time buttock with it and it will work exactly as it shows on the advert.
