I’ve tried everything but the decaf now. Addis has been my daily brew for months. When shadow came out, I had to try it. When I first got the bag and smelled it I wasn’t sure it was going to be my thing. It smelled good, but dark and smokey. Upon brewing my first cup, I was very pleasantly surprised. Love the Daybreak beans! I tried them in a Latte, in a French Press and in a Chemex. All had very different, but excellent results.
The Latte and Chemex really brought out the fruity notes and the French Press really brought out the Chocolate notes.
Definitely will buy again!

Used this as a cold brew, and it was so good. The smoke and fruit undertones are enough to enjoy but not overpowering. Bitter (as coffee should have a little) but in the best ways. Tastes great as is, not add ons, but when you add in a little cream/flavor it increases the natural notes of the coffee for an amazing pick me up at any time of the day.
