I have utilized some form of clip on rails for socket organization for years and wanted to try the magnet organizer as they seemed to offer an easier to utilize aproach. Yes they do! I am not fighting the socket rails to pry off the sockets as I need them and returning them to the proper location is easy. These are great! I have had the peg style, and the metal clip style, these are by far the best. I can take the whole set with me, magnet it onto whatever I am working on, and have all the sizes I need right at arms length away. Also real easy to look and grab the size you need if you are just taking one. I plan on buying other organizers if they have them for allens, torx, etc. They cover most normal, sizes in the sockets to where I don't have too many random sockets that doesn't go somewhere. ...
