I love my belt it gives me alot of support,around my hip and back as I have issues with both. The only thing I'm not happy with is the way the belt closes. I've only been wearing it for a little over a week and it doesn't want to stay shut ,I think you really need to replace the end of the belt with a better Velcro, which is what I'll have to do now.

I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis three years ago and had decompression surgery. However, walking more than a few yards is painful and going round a supermarket is agony.
