Refund process is really inconvenient The agent isn’t helpful and now it looks like I wasted my money. Product is not great, looks cheap with lots of marketing and incorrect messaging to the consumer. Very disappointing experience and not recommended

The pictures on the PDPs sometimes don’t match the actual sunglasses. Still pretty good design so I gave one pair to my girlfriend since frame was super small. I had to order again another pair for me
