Smells great and honestly my skin feels smooth post-workout. I'm taking L-Glutamine also for muscle recovery but I have to say pairing those two together has amplified muscle recovery (less soreness in the next 24 hours). Highly recommended and uses such clean ingredients compared to the mass products.

I wash my hair twice per day - once post workout and then once pre bed as it helps with sleep. Before discovering GYMSKIN’s shampoo and conditioner I was using generic products from the supermarket which left me with dandruff and irritation. Since switching to these I’m able to shower twice per day without a problem. My hairs way softer and looks way better when styled. These wipes are perfect for busy people. Sometimes all you’ve got is an hour to train and eat but no time to shower. These help you buy time. They stay cool and refreshing in the pack.
