Hello, the product itself is what we expected. The quality and detail of the plushy is also great. The only thing I disliked is I had a total of 3 items in this order and I was expecting to get them in 1 shipment vs. three seperate shipments. It is inconvenient and makes it more probable to have 1 item from the shipment lost.
