Not so much immediate feeling as with the grounding mat that i am using this moment. I put a thin linen sheet on top because the grounding sheet is exactly as big as my bed and has no straps to keep in place. After 2 weeks i cannot tell of improvement of sleep but perhaps the reason is my fluffy catmonster who wakes me up each and every night between 4 and 5.
