Decent book but could use improvements. I get the I idea behind not putting measurements behind some of the ingredients but it helps to have them at least for a baseline.
Rosemary Garlic Sirloin Roast states it's 476 calories with 53g of protein for 1 serving which is over 300g. It states it makes about 5 servings which is fine. But then there is the Hot Honey Chicken and Quinoa which doesn't show how many servings it is, not even an estimation. You would think it makes 4 servings maybe but for...
