Really nice and easy to follow recipes

It tells you protein and that’s all. I’d like to know fats and carbs as well

I don't follow the recipes but I liked that it encouraged me to experiment!

Not bad but some oft the ingredients are hard to come by in Europe.

Did not received it.

Very basic recipes, I was expecting more. Good presentation, though.

The Cookbook was nice but after 4 Days i could not open it anymore

The every day ingredients assumes you’re in the USA.

My honest feedback. I think that the recipes are good, however the price is too steep. Much too steep.

Great concept!! The application of the recipes in terms of measurement and things like that is disappointing.

Recipes are super basic

Fairly weak recipes. No macros other than protein. What is the carb and fat macro breakdown? Crickets.

The Ice cream flavours were very simple, a bit disappointing.

Not good. Looks like Recipes copied from the internet. Disappointed.

I liked most of the recipes but was hoping for more intricate ones.

Not my jam! Heavily marketed and hyped .. doesn’t cut it IMO.
