Exactly what I was expecting. Great build quality, good materials used and works as intended. Adding a velcro band as a fail safe to the solid clasp would provide more peace of mind however it carries my baby perfectly. Before Snugs: paining arm After Snug: Happy arm, slight pain in the lower neck region Would still recommend getting this as the core benefit is a solid fit for the baby without harming their hip joints. Full marks for that.
