I had never bought crepe backed satin before but it was a very good price so bought some with the intention of using it to make an 18th century robe. I was very pleasantly surprised! It is a good weight and drapes beautifully. The shine is lovely and I think is was very good value for money. Sadly I cant show you anything yet as I have a queue of projects to make but I will definitely be buying this instead of taffeta in future.

Having taken up slow stitching I needed a lot of scraps so I tried this bag. This is always a hit or a miss as it is pot luck. There were a selection of fabrics in colour and type. Whilst some of them will not be suitable for slow stitching I am a sewer and the fabrics will not go to waste they are all useful for smaller projects.

I love the fabric. However, I won't buy from you again. It took too long to be despatched. It said delivery in 3/4 days, what a laugh. Every time I queried it I got, told "not to worry it would be despatched soon" IT TOOK 12 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHICH WAS TO LATE TO MAKE MY DRESS. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING.

We love the fabric, so versatile. We're using it for printing and natural dyeing. I'll post pictures when I have some One little moan though, I ordered ROLLS of 25 mtr. It came as if it was slid off the rolls and bundled together, so quite creased, it just makes it harder to handle and store. I have had to spend time putting it on tubes. Otherwise, quick reliable service and we will be ordering again.

This is a lovely fabric. I love the embossing and the colour is more rich than the photo suggests (definitely a wine/burgundy colour). It's lighter weight than I thought it was going to be but that is good for what I want to use it for (trousers) and it has a good stretch. Good quality fabric.

I can’t get over the quality of this fabric. I needed to wash it twice with colour catcher but it’s fine, no need to iron. Have cut out an unlined jacket, there will be enough for a skirt. Just ordered the black colour as husband wants a jacket-same fabric as seen in M and S for £70.
