Absolutely love this and grateful for the results! I started back in November 2023 at 206 lbs and down to 171 lbs. That’s 35 lbs in 4 months (16 weeks). Although I wish I could say I’ve been exercising (as recommended for optimal results), I have not. So, imagine if I was exercising, I’d be down probably an additional 10 lbs or more.
