Tirzepatide has been a game changer in my weight loss journey. After being put on hormone blockers from my breast cancer treatment last year.. I thought I’d never lose the weight! 1.5 months in and I can already tell this is an amazing addition to my routine.

I started on the Weightcare Lite Program around January 18th 2024. As of today I have lost 9 lbs. I am at .5 dosage. I am excited for this Journey. I weighed 276 lbs. When I started, I am at 267 lbs. I started in August and it’s been a slow and steady progress which is what I wanted. Following the advice of my counselor, my side effects have been minimal and very manageable with slight adjustments to my meal plan or fluid intake. It’s week 6 and I’ve only lost 2.4 pounds but it’s the holidays and I haven’t done anything besides the injection so I think that’s still a win. Still no major side effects and hunger is curbed greatly.

I went from 190 to 168 on the 3 month supply of trizeptide. I went to the gym 2-3 weekly. Managed to eat at a calorie deficit 1000-2000 cal per day. No issues with medication, no serious side effects. Only needed the ondestron with the 7.5 mg dose. 10/10 would recommend if you need help managing your appetite. This was the perfect treatment.

Hard to see any difference YET..... But the scale says I'm down 12 lbs in just a few weeks. Just titrated to 1. so hopefully the loss speeds up. No major side effects... A little nausea here and there. My mind WANTS to eat eat eat.... But thankfully my mouth and my stomach think otherwise 😜
