Working on my 6th month of Tirz. Have lost 35 pounds (out of 170). Would love another 7-8 to drop off. BP is back to its normal low, I like going into my closet again, and have more energy. Titrated 2.5, 2.5, 5.0, 5.0, 7.5, now on 10. The weight loss has slowed (plateaued?). Wondering what’s best as far as stopping, or maintaining.
