Decided to place this over my cracked induction cooktop for the time being. It was a good move. Getting the 2 different sized burners to heat evenly is tricky. The size is nice for making 2 sandwiches at once. Cant do that in a frypan. The quality is top notch. I have the smithey round griddle as well. If the make another size, ill get that too. Great company.

Your pralines were a huge hit at my friend's birthday party. My friend said she would hide them and keep them to herself next time! She's a candy maker and takes pride in her pralines but she admitted yours were better than any praline she has ever had or made. What's also special about your pralines is they don't turn to sugar after removing the plastic in which they come individually wrapped. Most pralines do!
