I find it doesn’t support my small Border Collie well even though she fits well within the recommended weight ratio for the harness. I also don’t like the way it doesn’t support the head/neck which is not ideal if you want to use it for longer periods. I like the concept, but I think it needs more work on the design.

The biggest issue is the shoulder straps. Whenever you adjust the length using the buckles, the straps slide back to their original length within just a few minutes because of the material. The adjustment simply does not stay in place.
