While the quality of the pod is excellent..it was difficult to put together as everything is so tight..the dry heat really feels like an authentic sauna.. but my house is relatively cold and even at 85 degrees I barely break a sweat..so I have lined the pod on the inside with heat retaining foil that I had leftover from my garage ceiling.. this definitely brings the temperature up..but it still takes 20 mins to start sweating..but I like it..

Fantastic, mayo master customer service didn’t respond and ice pod company was very responsive to my request to make payments across multiple cards. The sauna pod solution is really good too and couldn’t find something like this at other companies. I feel like they’ve added little bits through intrusions and the process that really make it easy for a consumer and feel like they’ve added little care about what they are doing! Really cool.

Bought it a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately when it arrived the fan on the heater was broken. Emailed straight away on a Saturday, heard back from Elene on Monday and she sent a new heater unit no questions asked. When the new heater unit arrived I got it installed straight away and started preparing for my first sauna session in it. It definitely takes a good 25-30 mins to get it up to the peak 185 Fahrenheit. Then when you get in it drops to around 170 Fahrenheit and doesn’t seem to cli...

The sauna is high quality and does what it says on the tin. That said, I've not managed to get the temperature to over 80 degrees but it's close enough to the 85 degrees advertised. Highly recommend if you thinking about getting one. Feel loads better and thus far only managed half hour max as it get hot. Haven't used the chair as am currently just standing for the half hour or so!!

I have used the pod every day since receiving it in January 2026. I did have an issue with the top ring leaking at the seam. I contacted customer support, sent videos and they sent a replacement out within days. Good value for money and excellent customer support.

We had previously bought the ice bath and chiller which is absolutely awesome and thought we’d try the sauna. We were initially really disappointed as the heater was broken, the fan had somehow become detached and it failed to work. However, great customer service and a new sauna was dispatched really quickly. The new sauna is fantastic, super hot and complements the ice bath perfectly. Cheers guys 👍👍👍

Quick delivery and appears to be a well made product. Have the Pod set up inside for the moment and reached 180F/ 43C in 20 minutes this morning. Big test will be when the unit is moved outside and is exposed to the elements.

Really enjoying it, I've used it Every other day for 3 months, it's holding up well, I recommend stacking a at least 3 towels on the chair when in use, the chair does collect a very sweaty smell and you can't take the fabric off. The top does get to 80Celcius(C), body height on the chair is about 60->70C, (after 20 mins pre-heat -> 20 minutes sat in there.) Your feet are just warm But it definitely gets the job done well. Also note, the heater and the thermostat provided are in Fahrenheit ...
