Mainly the electrolyte. Enjoying the passionfruit mix. Used to be Grapefruit.. but tastes changed. Would love a lime type lemon more bitter sweet mix. But happy at moment with passionfruit

These are possibly the best tasting gels I’ve had yet! Even though they are flavoured I find they aren’t too sweet and the 300g of sodium is so nice to have as it means I don’t have to carry as many supplemental electrolytes. It’s become a staple for my long trail runs during marathon training.

These gels just powered a new 10k PB for me! I took one before the warm up, and one right before the start. 80g of carbs and 150mg of caffeine is like jet fuel! Also, the taste isn't as in-your-face as other gels might be, which is nice.

I tried one for the first time today before a 14km intensive trail run. I didn't have breakfast. So I wouldn't get an upset stomach. It was perfect. I had plenty of energy and a free feeling in the gut.

Great gels. 40g is a good size. i carry a couple of these on long training runs. They got me to the finish line of my first half marathon too! Thanks for the free water bottle. A little smaller than most, which makes it easier to bring along with me on longer runs
