Now for what I feel should or could be improvements There should be a full list of replacement parts online, guide online guide on how to use the LCD screen to make adjustments if available, the pedal assist keeps working after you stop pedaling which can be dangerous, the rear shocks are way too strong for average person, and either us a key to turn on / off or make it so the pass word would work I do not like the RF thing it does not work the first time you...

GREAT BIKE, UNBELIEVABLE POWER AND VERY STURDY. THE REASON FOR THE LOWER RATING IS BECAUSE THE BIKE CAME WITH THE FRONT BRAKES NOT WORKING. THEY TOLD ME THE BRAKES NEED BLEEDING. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT, SO I TOOK IT TO A BIKE SHOP AND HAD TO PAY TO GET IT DONE.

Pros: Bike seems sturdy, good quality. Easy to peddle with no electric assist, really moves with level 5 assist. Well worth the investment. Cons: Definitely would not recommend if you are 5'4" and under. I ordered the blue and the bike that was delivered is black or very dark gray. Sales rep I contacted said it is blue, it just looks black in my lighting. No...its not blue. Additionally, the headlight does not work. Tried numerous times to get it to work with no luck.
