However it was (expertly) personalized and shipped quite promptly from Ireland and made it to the US in a little over a week. Unfortunately, it took 2-1/2 weeks for the US postal service to get it to my door (East coast to Chicago area)! This personalized frame is just beautiful and well worth the wait.

My wife saw this item when we visited Belleek last year, I was never a fan of traditional Belleek China and we have similar taste so I was surprised when she told me she saw stuff that she loved. I ordered the item and it came from Ireland(I live in the US) and while it looked great when it arrived, the lid did not fit at all so I was disappointed. I got in touch with Belleek and they sent a completely new set as replacement, amazing service and we use the set all the time.
