I was recently in Ireland and saw this cup. At the time, I considered buying it but thought I would see it in another city. I did not. Then I thought I would see it in the Duty-Free shops. Did not. I was disappointed but when I got home without it, I decided to check on the Belleek website. I was glad to find it there and ordered 3. I am extremely happy!!!

Originally received these mugs when our grandkids were born. They were inscribed with what the grands called us (don’t ask 😀). Recently one started cracking and the other was dropped and smashed. Of all my Belleek dishes, This Claddagh Accent/Luncheon plate is my very favorite! As they are now discontinued I believe, I have been able to buy 16 so far and am ordering four more today. When holding it, this Accent or Luncheon plate feels the most substantial of any! I like its wide border stitch pattern around its rim, as opposed to the dinner plate for example, that has different size border stitch sections. I have been collecting Belleek's annual ornament since they first started making them. The 2026 edition is just as exquisite and delicate as the first. In an era when quality is sometime shortchanged this doesn't happen at Belleek. This edition rank right up there will all the others. I like that the ornaments represent different images of Ireland. Also, I know that anything I buy from Belleek is backed up with their excellent customer service.
