It's effects are not easy to determine, but knowing of and about the benefits of Ashwanganda and being more bio available and easily absorbed in concentrated tincture form, I take it with pleasure and hope to experience the cellular health benefits. If the label can provide more information on percentages of concentrate of Ashwanganda, the carrier liquid, recommended drops per day, etc. that would be helpful.
