The food is good. I have a subscription…..however disappointing results October (no adult kibble) November no delivery & I had to reach out to learn that their distributor is creating barriers for delivery??? I empathize with their business challenges but it does not get my dog fed!

There is never any supply and notification comes after the food should have already been shipped. Food is good but not good enough to guess if or when you will get it. Very limited left in Calgary. Will he shopping elsewhere once I’m out.

This company uses the slowest possible shipping methods. If you live west of Ontario, be prepared to wait sometimes two weeks for your subscription to arrive. If your dog relies on this food, like mine, be prepared to go through an allergy fit feeding them something else while you wait for this company to ship its products. And if you need it in-store? I have two large breed dogs. One with sensitivity. Ordered the food and one loved it but took some time for my girl to adjust. I would continue to use this food however the shipping from QC to AB is far too long. About 2 weeks. More if there is a long weekend. I bought the pumpkin carrot treats since my dog loves both. She would not eat them at all. Fine, I will give them to my grand dogs when they visit. Not one of the four dogs would eat them! I am surprised that there are so many positive reviews. These are so hard that even the crows have difficulty eating them. I did however buy the Fish formula dog food and my dog does like that.
