100/10, i got the M size and it fits really well (5'3)! the jacket fabrics are stitched perfectly together, and the betta fish embroidery is gorgeous. the inside is lined really nicely and keeps me warm even when i'm wearing a t-shirt underneath (which is nice, because i'm on a really windy college campus). the sleeves are my favorite part because they're weighted so well, and definitely keep their puffy shape (i'd recommend hanging it up, not folding it). i definitely recommend it!
