Curious experience !
First I received the desk with many missing screws, so I couldn't assemble it at all.
I contacted the customer service that sounded pretty scamy: same answer kept on bouncing back telling me to send my request to the same address i sent it to 3 times.
They ended up sending me a whole new desk !
I am happy with this. No missing screws. Beautiful quality of wood. I love it.

I am happy with the quality of this desk, the purchasing experience and delivery. The only down side to the whole process was the flat pack parts not being numbered so took a while to piece together correctly. Would have been seamless if I received numbers parts.
If you like the look of the desk online you can be pretty confident you'll like it in person, good quality.

Great looking desk and so eay to put together with one person. However, there were no delivery email updates, but when I messaged to find out about delivery they were swift to reply. The table did come with a couple of small bits of wood exposed, but nothing you wouldnt expect from any painted wooden item these days. Would definitely recommend.

When I had to nail the cushion to wood part. It was so hard to make them perfect fit. So I had to took out many times to correct angle. Would be nice if there is mark for connceting part.

Desk is perfect for what we need. Solid construction. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there were no instructions in the box. Had to request and wait for them via email. One unusual design point is that there is a gap at the back of the main desktop which I assume is for cable management, but this gets covered over by a cross-section of timber making it pointless?

Nice piece of furniture, however pre inserted nuts for the eccentric cam fitting dowels were all to deep making it difficult to put together and not as strong as it should be.
Some holes were also not drilled through like they should have been.

Arrived as stated. A good desk and nice walnut colour desk top. The only criticism is . On the front of the desk, just under the desk top. The walnut stain is short about 1.5cm. Which leaves a lighter colour, on the desk itself both sides. Probably was sprayed a bit light.
