The bed seems great , when delivered unfortunately one of the cross bars was faulty at one end so wouldn’t slot on to the legs. I contacted customer service and explained and sent them a picture of the faulty cross bar and they responded within 2 hours and got a new one sent out straight away. Really great customer service . This is a super topper for my HiK9 bed. I bought the sleeve ripper because my Great Danes destroy anything padded that isn’t fixed down. The only thing I would say though is that it slips round and moves along the frame. Maybe some sort of Velcro fastening either end around the corners if the frame would help to keep it in place and then it would be perfect.

I ordered this as the dogs have one in their sleeping compartment in the kennel and love it so much that I've bought this one for indoors. It works well both in terms of size and construction and I like the mesh cover as the hairs and dried mud (inevitable with labs and retrievers!) drop through so that I can vacuum/sweep them up rather than sticking to the surface.

I have purchased 2 more of the mesh covered beds for my 2 lurchers, to be used in a different room. They are the best beds I have ever bought ( have had my 2 dogs for 11 and 12 years respectively) so I have been through quite a variety of beds in that time. a great product to make the raised bed a bit more snug in winter for my outdoor German Shepherd.
A little expensive for what it is but well made and at least she cant drag it off and leave it in the yard to get soaked .
hik9 are great to deal with, I live in Ireland and just had to send a copy of the vat paid to the courier and they immediately refunded me the UK vat.
I will be buying from them again in the future and visiting their stand no doubt in crufts.

Almost perfect, if only they were a bit more secure. They do wobble but thankfully my dogs don’t mind it. I feel like they could easily be improved and become a much better product if only they were more sturdy and secure. Other than that I really like them, the idea itself is amazing and works really well for me and my spaniels. It means all 5 of my babies can fit onto two beds in a small space.

This is the second bed I have purchased. Although they may appear to be expensive I do believe they are good value for money both for functionality and quality. The dogs love them. My cocker spaniel in fact finds his way underneath the cover sleeps on the mesh with the fleece on top!

Good quality feet, however if you remove the feet to put away in storage bag some of the black plastic feet grommets stay in the rubber feet and some don’t. I will have to be careful when replacing. Other than that they are definitely worth having as it stops the bed from moving on wooden floors.
