I bought this item just to maybe make it a bit more comfy for my Miniature Poodle. She is used to Vet Bed fluff so I thought she would take to this topper. I was right she loves it and lolls about on her bed covered with this Luxury Fleecy Topper and finally with her HiK9 Sheepskin. However, HIK9 offered me an alternative colour (Orange) and I can confirm that it is a really great product and would be identical (except for colour) to the Spearmint version. I’ve had the bunk beds for quite a long time now (over 10 years) but have replaced the mesh covers a few times over the years as the spaniels are tough on them, and am especially delight with the new purple ones. They look fab! I really love them and heartily recommend them. I’ve tried other, cheaper versions but these are definitely the best value, best looking and best lasting. Great bed, we got this size XL for our Bernese, fits great, and it even fits his brother ;). We have two next to each other, hence both same sizes for ease of eye (plus they rotate sleeping places, ), for a golden alone i would go at least size smaller). Beds are easy to assemble, and the sleeves are excellent, easy washable etc. That last one is a blessing. Sorry - this is actually the grey bed - I ordered a black and a grey one at the same time! No sooner had I assembled it than Lyra hopped on and relaxed. Both dogs love their new beds, though Bessie was a little nervous to begin with. They were easy to assemble and look fine in our veranda - or will when we clear away some of the junk!
