I hadn't checked, so i will not complain, but i hoped it would have an earplug output. The volume is fine, but pushing the volume makes it distort a bit. Sounds are fine. Mist is, well, just a bit - it will look best in the dark i think. All in all, i appreciate it!

Unfortunately, my package did not arrive. But it was due to the local parcel service. The seller was always attentive to all my questions and tracking of my package. As soon as they saw that my package had been reported as lost or stolen, they suggested opening a dispute, and my refund was quick and without delays. I wish they could do something about the local parcel service in Mexico, J&T EXPRESS, since they lose many packages across the country.

The neck is really cool. It's a shame that the shoulders don't feel like they're pressing down all over but only slightly in the middle. Still, it's good to have such a product at this price. As long as it doesn't break down, it'll be great.
