I bought the bundle and I am extremely happy with it. I have not had any problems accessing any of the files. I even reached out to them and made a suggestion on one of the files. And they listened and used my idea (that's almost unheard of now days). They responded quickly any time I've reached out to them, so I have to say their customer service is rated #1 in my book. I have already made several shadow boxes, all of which cut beautifully. I love that I can use them in traditional shadow boxes...

These files are so great to work with. You can either keep the same color combination as shown, or add your own style and change it up a bit. Either way, the files were easy to download and import to Design Space (Cricut). I kept the files 8x8 but they are easy to resize if you would like. Great product!

Once i realised that the video instructions for these relate to a Cricut and I have a Brother then I needed to figure a few things myself. It might take me a bit of time to think more about the order of the cuts and therefore the best paper to use It took quite a while but I am very happy with the end result
