I've purchased the silver whoopie slings and now the green. I can tell a big difference between the two. First, the diameter of the green sling is much thinner. Two, I find the tightening and loosening of the green sling is much more difficult. And three, the green slings seemed to have stretched during the first use where the silver slings were more firm and stayed in place. Waking up a good two feet below the rainfly felt weird. It's a Good thing that it didn't rain that night!

Got to use one from the outfitter we used. Seems like good quality and a good idea, but the product isn’t good in cold or rain. Your stuff will get wet from the condensation on the walls and your pad and bag get soaked from it

Love everything else I have bought from Haven, but I almost did more damage to the tent trying to force them in the spreader bar holes than the spreader bars will ever do to the tent. The shape makes them too big for the holes (I have the safari if that matters).

The hammock tent is great. Survived two hard storms and stayed dry. The only complaint is that I've used it for about 10-15 camping trips and the mattress is always half deflated by the next morning. I've tried to inflate it just before bed while the air is cool but have the same results.

Hunk of crap. Used it a total of 9 nights. Pad sprung a leak. Submerged it in water, all the seams are leaking air. Contacted customer service and was told: locate the leak and repair it. NOPE!!

The valve system is less than desired. Given that lesser pads have solved this problem ages ago, it seems like the choice of a simple flap to keep the air from escaping seems like a compromise where none should be. I hope this changes in the future. Otherwise, the system with the insulated pad work great. I'll be putting it through its paces in Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming. More to follow!

Its great light, perfect for anything you can imagine, ice hut, wall tent, hammock. That being said it is very fragile. My circuitry broke after a 5-10 uses, not as durable as you want for outdoor gear.
