Pump works well.

Pad is loud. When you move around it makes noise that carries around the campsite. I have not experienced it losing air, but will be ordering the True level pad when back in stock and hopefully it is quieter.

Nice little pump! Easily inflated and deflated my twin air bed. Having the extra battery capacity is a plus.

I'd consider these nearly necessary and not sure why such a small item isn't included as standard equipment.

Tent ripped the first time I got into it. I weigh 185 pounds. Haven Tents will not talk to me. Via email they say they "have no phone", but I placed the order via phone. Unreliable company--innovate product, but poorly made, and company will not talk to me. Terrible customer service. Buy your tent somewhere else. Come on--"no phone" when everybody has a cell phone in their pocket!!

Can't believe the power for it's size!

Really nice design and the idea of having measurements on the inside was great. Problem is, it looks like a mug that's built for a child. It would need to be filled several times for you to get a good cup of coffee. I was totally disappointed by the size of this, and surprised that Haven would sell this for the price they do, based on how tiny it is. Other than for a cup for measuring, or for a child's hot chocolate, I'd recommend giving this a miss.

Works fast and can provide power for rope lighting etc. On/off button does not work well and needs to be pushed repeatedly for light or pump to come on. But it does shut off on the first try. Or maybe I just need to read the instructions and learn how to turn it on correctly.

These tents are way too expensive and you still have to buy everything separately for $300 tent you think it would come with everything it needs including a rain fly I accidentally ordered a rain fly thinking it was a tent because it’s $185 you shouldn’t have to spend a small fortune to sleep out side what a bunch of crooks

Have not had a chance to try it out, am concerned about some U tube reviews about pin hole air leaks in mattress. Any possible causes? Eg Over inflating, improper deflation, etc.

The air bladder, down topper and case make for a nice adjustable compact pillow.

First time user, works great. Very strong for such a thin cord.

Used it for the first time on a kayak trip. Is very loud every time I moved. Sagging in the middle is so much it kept me awake. Now after purchasing my setup do I see you offer a true flat pad! I would love to exchange my pad for the true lay flat pad, I’ll pay the difference because right now I feel my Haven XL is unusable. Respectfully submitted, Dan Drzymala

I'm a canoe river guide in Colorado and Utah, a backpack hunter, and a BWCA canoeist. On our guide trips, we don't always have adequate trees for a hammock. The Haven XL works fairly well as both a tent and/or hammock. Takes a few tries to get the tent setup and you need trekking poles. Pros - Easy to setup - Crazy comfortable sleeping Cons - With the trekking poles, the Haven XL is quite heavy at over 10lbs. Not a true backpacking hammock. - I had issues with the bug fly zipper popping op...

The air mattress had a leak in it my first night using it. I emailed the company and instead of offering to help resolve the issue, they sent me a detailed explanation on how to patch it. Which I understand if I had been using the tent for a while. But the very first night I used it… very frustrating to spend a lot of money for a hammock tent and it didn’t even work properly.

The tent was certainly easy to hang, along with the rainfly but was somewhat disappointed in keeping the mattress pad in place at my feet, which led to it becoming like any other hammock...a banana wrap. Going to give it a few more tries and hopefully it was just something I wasn't doing right. I will say the rainfly worked greats at keeping things dry, as the two nights we were out we had substantial rain both nights.
