First of all I love Haven tent/hammocks! The company and their customer service is second to none. As far as the ZenBivy bed, I cannot give a complete review. To my misfortune, I tried to purchase the ZenBivy two times and twice the product was mailed out with defects. I could not justify a third attempt , thus no review on the products performance. Disappointed but may reorder sometime in the future. On a positive note, ZenBivy's customer service was prompt and fair in resolving the issues.

Integrity is more important than comfort, I ordered a premium pad because you claimed it was 21% lighter than the standard pad. The pad I received weighs exactly the same as the pad I got with my tent last year. Well I thought you sent me the wrong pad but I was told that I’m confused. Well built and the lights have a nice tone that isn't overbearing. Quick tip for those that are having issues with the lights not staying on. I found out that at the dimmest setting, the lights don't draw enough power to keep some power banks active. You can either increase the brightness to draw more power, or see if you can adjust your power bank settings for low draw devices. I have the Haven XL and the build quality is excellent. HOWEVER, this, in my opinion, is not the solution I hoped it’d be. love MOST every thing about them. Used them 3 times now. 1 moderate issue. the air mattress. rubs on the canvas of the safari Haven. makes quite a racket. Haven said that my complaint is the first they have heard and have no solution. well. close to no solution. "buy the top of the line air mattress and it MAY be a little quieter". That said. slept through a thunder storm? no issues at all. very comfortable (just dont move). decent room even for a larger guy like me.
